Live Today

REMINDER: Do you realise that there is no tomorrow? Only today is real. Tomorrow? It may come, or it may not — depending on God’s will. However, it certainly does not exist. Reflect on whether your thoughts are anchored in the past or drifting towards the future, causing you to forget to live in the here and now. Friend, begin living in the present, for you will eventually awaken as an old person (at best). How can you achieve this? Direct your attention to the present moment and to what resides in your heart now. The words of Jesus resonate today! He engages with the present! God will not arrive someday; He is here now, wherever you are! Time was created by God for you, not the other way around — and it is God who governs time, not you! Jesus said: “So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the pagans chase after all these things. (…) Therefore, do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself” (Mt 6:31-32, 34). So, do not forget to express gratitude in the evening: Thank you, God, for this day of my life. Amen.

2

Happiness

Do not rely on another person for your happiness. It is essential to find contentment within yourself and achieve internal (spiritual) harmony first. Only then can you truly share happiness with someone else. In reality, relationships can often lead to feelings of loneliness and unhappiness if you neglect your own needs — this may seem obvious, yet it is frequently overlooked.

3

Oh, these men

The harsh reality is that when a man wins a woman’s affection, he often falls into the trap of complacency, believing he has secured her love — much like acquiring a hamster from a pet store. He becomes passive, relying on her to handle household chores, cooking, and child-rearing, assuming everything is set in motion. In this process, he fails to truly see her for who she is. Yet, she remains the same person she was at the start of their relationship, with her own needs, dreams, and aspirations. This leads to a common question: why do women in relationships seek attention from other men? The answer lies in their desire for recognition and fulfilment, searching for what is missing in their current partnership. The takeaway for men is clear: take the time to rediscover the woman in your wife, your life partner.

4

Fear of suffering

The more imagination one possesses, the more challenging it becomes to navigate the harsh realities of this fractured world. Yet, a deep-seated intuition suggests that after death, the experience will be entirely different. The more love one embraces, the greater the capacity for suffering, as the heart comprehends the current state of the earth. Thus, the desire to know and to endure pain is intertwined. However, God will provide solace, enabling one to withstand it all. Fear not.

5

Can you be a saint?

A saint is not defined by a lack of wrongdoing, but rather by the significant good they have accomplished in their life, all while recognising that it is God who enabled those deeds, not their own efforts.

6

Are you taking or giving? Are you putting burdens on others or are you lifting them yourself?

If individuals truly recognised the immense value of God’s words, their inherently flawed nature — tainted by original sin — would lead them to embrace these teachings deeply rather than share them superficially. Yet, paradoxically, the opposite frequently occurs.

7

Wise

Everyone possesses a unique perspective, and true wisdom lies not only in staunchly defending one’s viewpoint but also in the ability to recognise the possibility of being mistaken.

8

God punished me. Are you sure?

Some individuals express, “God punished me.” However, it’s essential to recognise that punishment — often viewed negatively — or, more accurately, the consequences of sowing evil in one’s life, is not a form of revenge for wrongdoing (as the misguided whisper suggests). Instead, it is a manifestation of God’s profound love for humanity, aimed at safeguarding us from future harm. Therefore, begin to express gratitude for everything today, even if you don’t yet comprehend it all. Trust in God, and He will bring a smile to your heart, a feeling you will soon recognise.

In relationships, whether with friends or loved ones, it’s common to inadvertently make mistakes. The other person, lacking understanding, may perceive this as manipulative behaviour, potentially leading to conflict. This misunderstanding often arises from subtle influences that can mislead us. If you delay in offering an apology, prioritizing pride — often mistaken for self-respect — it can initiate a cascade of problems. Even when the situation seems ambiguous, it is crucial to yield and seek forgiveness for both yourself and the other person. This approach serves as the most effective initial remedy. Following this, engaging in a mutual conversation can also be advantageous, provided both parties are open to honest communication.

9

Catholic passivity

The most detrimental mindset is one that embraces a sense of futility: why should I take action if I believe I have no impact? This thought pattern recurs in various aspects of life. For instance, I observe a homeless individual searching through a rubbish bin outside my window. What is the point of offering bread if that person will still be hungry tomorrow, and I can’t provide them with shelter? Why give them £5 if it will likely be spent on alcohol? Why engage in politics if it seems unlikely to effect change? Some might suggest: pray! But do you think that during World War I or II, people didn’t kneel in prayer? All the suffering in the world occurs with the complicity of those who yield to such misleading thoughts and the insidious whisper: why should I take action? Will God assist us? Absolutely! He will empower us to act, instil love to forgive, and grant us courage and wisdom. However, if we remain passive throughout our lives, that will be the gravest sin we could commit! Did Jesus instruct us to sit and wait? Or did He rather urge us to go forth and take action?

10

Bad thoughts are not from God.
Logical?

Jesus loves you just as you are, regardless of the mistakes you may still make. Let go of negative thoughts, for they do not come from God! His love is so profound that He will not leave you in your current state. He is here to help you. Pray earnestly and surrender your life to Him, no matter how battered it may feel lately. Trust that He is at work, even when it seems like you are alone. His understanding surpasses yours.

11

Recipe for happiness

Start pursuing your passions and fight for what truly matters to you. Avoid spending hours at home watching television — whether it’s news, series, or programs that claim to reflect reality but often distort it. Don’t get caught up in distractions that won’t transform your life; instead, reclaim the time you have on this earth. Rather than merely talking about your desires for change, take actionable steps to make your dreams a reality. You have the power to do it! Begin taking action now! Affirm to yourself: “From today, I will not waste any more opportunities in life.” Repeat this out loud several times and elevate your spirit, for that is what God desires from you. Alternatively, you could choose to remain passive, waiting for life to pass you by. What will you decide?

The Bible reminds us: “He has set before you fire and water; for whichever you wish, stretch out your hand. Before men are life and death; whichever you wish, that will be given you” (Sir 15:16-17). Believe, my friend, that there will never be a more opportune moment to quit smoking, start exercising, lose weight, change your life, or read the Bible. I will say it again: there will never be a better time than today! Reject the LIE that you should wait until the new year, your birthday, or even tomorrow.

Acknowledge the challenges that have invaded your life; these obstacles are lies from Satan. Regardless of how tough your circumstances may seem today, begin your fight now! Do not say, “I’ve had enough,” or “I can’t cope.” Instead, declare: “I can get through this! I must get through this! I will overcome this!” It doesn’t matter what you’re facing. Just as David triumphed over Goliath, you can achieve victory today with God’s help. You have endured sleepless nights, shed countless tears, and made many pleas before His throne. Remember this: you are incredibly strong, and He grants you this strength today — so fight!

Say it with me once more: “I can, I will, I must do this!” Repeat this affirmation to yourself throughout the day. Do not fear failure; you are capable of achieving your goals! Make the decision to take action today!

12

Is it getting worse? Bullshit

Dear Friend, if you are feeling overwhelmed and losing hope, I encourage you to read this letter addressed to you: In the most desperate moments of your life, you can come to know God more intimately by calling out to Him like a child: “Lord, have mercy on me, for I cry out to you all the time” (Ps 86:3). It’s natural to feel distressed and saddened by your challenges—whether it’s loneliness or financial struggles—and to feel anger towards those who seem unaffected by your situation. You may find yourself saying, “I trust you, Jesus,” while simultaneously grappling with worry. However, this duality can reveal a lack of trust in Jesus and the changes He has in store for you. So, what can you do? How can you fully embrace trust while letting go of worries and overwhelming anxiety? How can you accept the gifts from Jesus that have long awaited your attention? It’s essential to identify where your thinking may be flawed. The root of the issue lies in your negative expectations and the tendency to project your own unhappiness onto situations. It is important to recognise that this mindset, distorted by negative influences, pertains solely to future uncertainties and is designed to undermine hope and faith — essential elements that lead to true happiness. GOD WANTS YOU TO GET RID OF BAD ANTICIPATIONS! This is necessary so that you can fully enjoy life! EASY TO SAY – you will tell me. FRIEND, I am telling you that it is possible, everyone is fully prepared for it – and YOU too. Only this horned good-for-nothing wants you to think that nothing in your life can change for the better, which is a lie. He also aims to make you feel humiliated by your past, powerless in the face of the present and without hope for the future. The most cunning aspect of this malevolent scheme is that it distracts you from God by fostering an amassing of worries, destroying the bond that unites you with Him. SO START FIGHTING TODAY and don’t allow the incoming whispers – the thoughts and satanic projections concerning the next day that will come. Reject them, because he is not the master of your future, but GOD HIMSELF, WHO LOVES YOU VERY MUCH! BELIEVE IN THIS! IN SUMMARY:

– REJECT ALL NEGATIVE EMOTIONS RELATED TO TOMORROW. Please understand that you cannot place emotions and feelings in what has not yet happened, and doing so results from the influence of this horned b*****d and is a vile lie intended to destroy your hope!

– Stand in prayer, renouncing any negative promptings, and depart with complete joy and genuine hope for tomorrow. Trust in Jesus, and a miracle will manifest in your life, one that you have been anticipating for a long time.

13

Take the salvation that Jesus gives you. Do you want it?

Is it CLEAR TO YOU, or should you take a moment to reflect on some important facts? My friend, are you aware that you are consistently facing challenges? The more you strive to live in alignment with goodness, the more you may find yourself entangled in difficulties. For years, you may have been yielding to weaknesses and temptations, fully aware that such actions are displeasing to God. Does it tire you? Do you often think about it? IF SO, I WILL TELL YOU what the Bible says: “For the wages of sin is death” (Rom 6:23). IS IT REALLY THAT BAD? NOT AT ALL! I HAVE SOME WONDERFUL NEWS FOR YOU TODAY: God loves you immensely and has given His Son, Jesus Christ, for your sake.: “For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life” (Jn 3:16). This means that Jesus Christ has already suffered your punishment for you, to save you and so that despite your sins you could live forever! TODAY (before your body dies) just answer deep down in your soul: DO YOU BELIEVE IN THIS AND DO YOU RECOGNISE JESUS AS YOUR SAVIOUR? “Believe in the Lord Jesus – they answered him – and you will be saved, yourself and your household” (Acts 16:31). What should you do? Do what the Bible says: “If you confess with your mouth that JESUS IS LORD and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved” (Romans 10:9).

14

Achieve your goal – you are already close

No matter how distant your goal may appear today, if you don’t take the first step, you have no chance of achieving it. Isn’t this logical? Don’t you sense the encouragement from your family and friends? Do you feel as though the entire world is against you? REMEMBER, THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS NOT TO GIVE UP NOW! Persevere, and your attitude will become an inspiration to others. You cannot doubt. You have not been through so much in vain and have experienced so much suffering and defeats over all these years to now say: I can’t do it! It was the failures that strengthened you! Happiness will arrive at the most opportune moment for you, a time known only to God. Only the fear of defeat can destroy your dreams. The fear that your fellow countrymen may have lost hope after years of defeats is understandable. Are you now beginning to overcome this fear as well? I sincerely wish for you to do so, as it will mark the start of YOUR REMARKABLE VICTORY!

15

Self-justification

A PERSON LACKING FAITH often finds justifications for their fears and hesitations, leading to future regrets about missed opportunities. In time, they may envy those who have bravely ventured beyond their comfort zones to pursue a path of faith. Ironically, acknowledging THEIR OWN MORALITY could inspire them to embrace life more fully and appreciate the time they have left. True MOTIVATION stems from recognising the fleeting nature of time and the divine opportunities squandered due to fear — a barrier that hinders personal growth and love. It is essential to REJECT FEAR TODAY and courageously pursue your dreams with the guidance of the ultimate coach, JESUS CHRIST.

16

Freedom

Regardless of life’s circumstances, when you invoke the Holy Spirit, you can experience the peace of Jesus within you. He has triumphed over the world, granting us freedom, as stated: “The Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom” (2 Corinthians 3:17). Additionally, we are reminded: “In the world, you will have tribulation, but take heart! I have overcome the world” (John 16:33) and: “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives, do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid!” (John 14:27).

17

Emptiness in the Heart – single

No woman to man or man to woman can fill the emptiness that every person carries at the bottom of their heart. Only God can fulfil it. If you rely on someone else to fulfil all your desires for love, you will never be completely happy.

18

Do you share similar feelings?

I acknowledge my imperfections and recognise that I will continue to struggle throughout my life. My love for God remains steadfast, unwavering until my last breath. I refuse to let Satan persuade me that my sins disqualify me from receiving God’s grace. I am committed to personal growth with God’s guidance, a journey that will persist for the rest of my life. I proudly embrace my faith in Jesus, a conviction that will endure until the end of my days. God’s love for me is constant, lasting not only through my lifetime but for all eternity. Amen.

19

Do you pray well?

YOUR ATTITUDE IN PRAYER reflects the image you present to God, showcasing your trust and the depth of your faith. Scripture advises against anxiety when seeking God’s assistance. Instead, it encourages us: “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, present your requests to God through prayer and supplication with thanksgiving” (Phil 4:6). Consider whether DOUBTING your requests and WAITING FOR FULFILMENT truly demonstrates strong faith that God will grant you what you seek. Reflect on what God teaches us: “Let him ask in faith, without doubting. For the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, driven and tossed by the wind. Such a person should not expect to receive anything from the Lord” (James 1:6-7). Additionally, the Book of Proverbs reminds us: “Anxiety weighs down the heart of man” (12:25).

IT IS ESSENTIAL TO ENGAGE WITH THE COMFORTING WORDS OF GOD: “For I know the plans I have for you. . . plans to prosper you and not to harm you, to give you hope and a future. You will call on me and come to me in prayer, and I will listen to you” (Jer 29:11-12). WITH UNWAVERING FAITH AND TRUST IN JESUS, YOU WILL WITNESS THE BEAUTIFUL MIRACLES THAT GOD CAN BRING INTO YOUR LIFE.

20

Patience

NEVER LISTEN to Satan, the accuser, who comes only to steal and destroy. He keeps telling you that you are broken, worthless, incapable, and that God does not hear you. THAT IS NOT TRUE! RESIST EVIL AND SAY: Glory to you, Lord! I am cleansed by Your blood! I rise and go further in the name of Jesus Christ! In what is so difficult for me today, God, You will help me! Jesus Christ says: “The thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy. I have come that [the sheep] may have life and have it abundantly” (John 10:10). GOD WILL HELP YOU THROUGH YOUR FAITH! YOU WILL CONQUER EVERYTHING! The problems you have now are a training of the soul that will result in a significant growth in faith! REMEMBER, JESUS took upon Himself the punishment meant for you! He took every sin of yours to the cross! HE LOVES YOU SO MUCH, so do not doubt HIM now! EVERYTHING YOU ASK FOR (in faith) YOU WILL RECEIVE SOON!

21

Unique – yes, it’s you

DO YOU KNOW THAT THERE IS NO OTHER PERSON LIKE YOU ON THE WHOLE EARTH? Are you truly aware of this? You are extraordinary and very valuable! Unique and one-of-a-kind! Never again will someone like you be born in the world. You are a unique creation of God. DO YOU KNOW THAT NO ONE IN THE WORLD WILL LOVE YOU AS MUCH AS GOD DOES? If you allow it, all fear will disappear! YOU CAN RECEIVE LOVE THROUGH FAITH. DO IT NOW. Do you know why you have not yet received all the things from God that are meant for you? Because you are constantly busy trying to obtain them. What a paradox, right? Jesus desires you to rest more often in His presence and receive His love every day. DO IT, and Satan will not be able to stop what is meant to come to you today.

22

I’m going to Mass – put the chicken soup on for 1:00 pm

God does not need you to sign an attendance sheet at Church every Sunday. He wants your presence at the Holy Mass to come from understanding and embracing His love and graces, which He offers you during this time for the coming week.

23

Thief

If you find yourself consumed by worries and constantly anticipating the worst, and each day seems devoid of joy, you may be on a path where negativity is leading you into torment. As it says in Proverbs 15:15, “All the days are evil for the oppressed, but a cheerful heart is a continual feast.” So, what can you do? Focus on what is good—otherwise, the adversary in your spiritual struggle will steal away your joy. DO NOT LET HIM!

Remember, worrying does not resolve your problems. Instead, place your trust in God completely, just as Abraham did. Despite his old age and the seemingly impossible circumstances, Abraham did not waver in faith. Romans 4:18-19 states, “Against all hope, he believed in hope that he would become the father of many nations, according to what was said: ‘So shall your offspring be.’ He did not waver in faith, even though he recognized that his body was already dead—he was almost a hundred years old.”

Trust that God will guide you on a straightforward path. As Psalm 25:3 promises, “No one who trusts in you will be put to shame,” and Proverbs 3:5 advises, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not rely on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.”

THEREFORE, DO NOT LOSE HOPE. Focus on the good and strive to embody the faith of Abraham!

24

Are you ready to be surprised?

You never know when you might find yourself in a moment where intelligence or wealth no longer suffice; a place where the true measure of your worth will be determined by your heart. It’s crucial that your heart overflows with God’s love to ensure you don’t fall short when that time comes. Perhaps that moment is today! It can be difficult to accept this reality. You may be thinking to yourself, “I’m still young, it’s not my time yet. I’m healthy and have plans – tomorrow I have a meeting, and later I have. . .” But remember what Jesus said: “Therefore keep watch, because you do not know the day or the hour” (Matthew 25:13). These words resonate with many minds, but not all hearts. The awareness of life’s fragility should spark a deep longing for reconciliation with God and motivate you to embrace change. When you strive to become a better person, only then can your life truly transform for the better.

25

Your suffering

DEAR FRIEND, suffering is an inseparable part of life, isn’t it? Just like it is for all of us. Faith in God is not about avoiding problems and hardships; it’s about navigating them with your head held high. God has the power to remove your difficulties or to help you endure them.

It’s easy to proclaim your faith when you’re surrounded by health and wealth—those moments feel reassuring. But true faith shines through when you find yourself isolated, without financial security or the comfort of loved ones, when you are unwell and facing adversity. If you only feel anger towards God in times of sorrow and only sing His praises when times are good, then your faith has yet to reach its full potential. As it is written, “In this world you will have trouble, but take heart: I have overcome the world” (John 16:33).

Each of us will inevitably face our own giants. Will YOU stand tall against yours, armed with the greatest weapon of all: faith in GOD? Remember how Moses comforted his people when they stood trapped between the sea and the enemy’s army, before the waters parted: “Do not be afraid! Stand firm, and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today. The Egyptians you see today you will never see again. The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still” (Exodus 14:13-14). God offers the same reassurance to you today!

Do what is right and what you are able to do. Stay close to Me, take a deep breath, and let go of your worries – trust that I will fight for you! The enemy may whisper that you are already at the edge of despair, and no one is coming to your aid. In those moments, respond with conviction: “Away with you, deceiver! God will fight for me!” This battle is not mine, but the Lord’s! Our God laughs at the enemy who thinks he can prevail, for He knows the outcome before it even begins.

SO, STAND FIRM, DEAR FRIEND, IN FAITH. DO NOT WAVER OR TAKE A INGLE STEP BACK. DO NOT YIELD GROUND TO DESPAIR! FEAR NOT, FOR GOD IS WITRH YOU!

26

Where is God?

DEAR FRIEND, GOD is here with you, in this very moment! HE IS NOT DISTANT OR HIDDEN AMONG THE CLOUDS; wherever you go, He is always by your side. He promises to be close to you, never leaving nor forsaking you.

Seek Him in the Bible, online, on social media, and through the people you encounter. Understand that His presence is in the now. Even as you read this, He is with you. As it is written, “And without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God MUST BELIEVE HE EXISTS and that he rewards those who seek him.” (Hebrews 11:6). Remember, “Seek, and you will find” (Matthew 7:7).

When you call upon God for help, He begins to work through others to bring that assistance to you. He desires to guide, support, and uplift you. Even amidst uncertainty about the future, place your faith in Jesus Christ and DO NOT LET WORRY cloud your thoughts. Instead of imagining dark scenarios, trust that He is present: “I AM WHO I AM” (Exodus 3:14). As He reassured His fearful apostles during the storm, “Take courage! It is I; do not be afraid” (Matthew 14:27). This is how God speaks to you today!

God shows no favouritism; His promises in Scripture are meant for you – not just for those who lived in the past or for the apostles, but for YOU, RIGHT HERE and NOW. He loves you deeply, and if you find yourself navigating through the dark valleys of life (Psalm 23), know that He has a good plan for you even in these challenges.

Embrace His presence and know that He is always with you!

27

A lack of strength?

IF STRESS IS OVERWHELMING YOU and draining your energy, turn to God today and let Him renew your soul. He promises to give you strength: “Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28). Embrace the strength that Jesus offers, MY FRIEND! You might wonder how to tap into that strength – simply allow Him to work in your life. A twenty-minute period of adoration and prayer before the MOST HOLY SACRAMENT can result in miraculous changes. Ask with sincerity and desire, and He will equip YOU with the strength you need for the days ahead: “He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint” (Isaiah 40:29-31).

SO, LET’S TAKE ACTION, MY FRIEND! TRUST IN HIM! GOD IS WAITING FOR YOU TODAY!

28

Trust

You have fallen into a labyrinth of negative thoughts. It seems to you that your life is a series of failures… you lose hope. Do you spend hours on Facebook, praying for someone to reach out? GOD HAS GIVEN YOU FREEDOM, yet you live constrained! Bound at home like a dog in a kennel! If negative feelings and worries torment you, you need to know one thing: the peace that JESUS CHRIST can offer surpasses all understanding! It is a peace that will help you restore balance in your heart and soul, which you desperately need today: “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:6-7).

29

Simply – do it today

I HAVE SOMETHING FOR YOU! Are you aware that Jesus Christ bore the punishment that was meant for you? Today, you can invite Jesus to come and dwell in your heart – EVEN IF THIS WOULD BE THE SECOND, THIRD, OR HUNDREDTH TIME. Perhaps there was a time when you pushed Him away. Don’t let that stop you. He desires to enter your heart despite all your falls, your sins, your disobedience, betrayals, lies, or the wrong turns you’ve taken along the way. Despite the mistakes that have drawn you into the fleeting temptations of this world – the allure of power, lust, or wealth. None of that matters to Him. Even if you feel completely unworthy, His love surpasses all human understanding.

The truth is this: the enemy hates it when we step out of guilt and condemnation because he knows he cannot stay when we are set free.

So, SAY THIS FROM YOUR HEART: “JESUS, I WANT TO BE BORN AGAIN THROUGH YOUR HOLY SPIRIT!” Say it boldly! Say it honestly! And He will come – because to Him, YOU are His most cherished treasure. You are His beloved.

Maybe you feel like the lost sheep who can’t find their way back. Or maybe, deep down, you’re a sheep He’s already found, but you’re carrying the scars of the past. Either way, trust your life to Jesus today. Bring Him your burdens, no matter how heavy they feel or how much you believe you’ve fallen.

Do you know the most beautiful part? HE WILL NEVER GIVE UP ON YOU. Not today. Not tomorrow. Not ever. You are His, and His love for you is endless. Open your heart and let Him in – He’s waiting.

30

God is preparing you to receive that which you are asking for

You cry out to God in anger: “How long must I wait?! Can’t You see how much I’m suffering?!” Yet God is not grieved by your outburst; rather, it reveals your belief in His presence. He is not offended by your frustrations – He invites you into a deeper, honest relationship with Him. Yes, He desires that you bring your struggles, even your anger, to Him. He wants you to wrestle with these feelings alongside Him, so that in this dialogue, your heart might open to the truth of His love and purpose.

God does not withhold His blessings because you are unworthy or undeserving. Let go of the whispers of the enemy – the one who accuses, and plants seeds of doubt in your soul. It is not because of your sin that your request has been delayed. Christ has already borne the weight of your sins on the cross. The delay is not rooted in punishment, but in preparation. Jesus is gently waiting for something far deeper – a change in the posture of your heart.

Perhaps your heart has been clouded by pride, or by a mindset that places conditions on God’s love: “If You do this for me, then I’ll promise to do that for You.” Yet God does not work this way. His ways are higher, and His love is unconditional. He calls you to humility, to childlike trust, and to joyful surrender. He longs for you to approach Him with a heart that’s obedient and patient, knowing that He is good and His timing is perfect.

Hear His invitation, spoken tenderly through the prophet Isaiah:

“Come now, let us reason together, says the Lord:

though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall become like wool. If you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land” (Isaiah 1:18-19)

31

It’s OK

The path of following Jesus is not an easy one. It demands courage, sacrifice, and unwavering faith. Along the journey, rejection can come from the most unexpected places, often from those whom you’ve extended a hand to help. Yet, the call remains – to let go of what is fleeting, material, and earthly, and to embrace the eternal treasure that no worldly wealth can match.

You are already on the right course: “Whoever loves his life loses it, and whoever hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life. If anyone serves me, he must follow me.” (John 12:25-26a). These words of Christ are both a challenge and a promise — an invitation to surrender and a pledge of everlasting joy.

32

Try it

For a few days, pause from calling out to God solely to meet your own needs. Instead, nurture and grow your faith so that it might meet the needs of others. You’ll be amazed at how swiftly God tends to you when your heart is focused on the care of those around you. . .

33

Do you sometimes feel uncertain?

Are there pieces of life that simply don’t make sense? Today – in fact, just this very day – I was reminded of something so profound, so tender, straight from the heart of God. In prayer, I felt His gentle whisper beckon, “When you don’t understand, bring your questions to Me. Ask, as a child asks a loving parent. For if you are Mine—and you are—then come to Me, without fear or hesitation.”

34

Do not be insincere with yourself?

If you are pretending to carry a joy that you do not truly possess, or hiding your sorrows to spare the feelings of those who love you, then you are carrying a burden too heavy for your heart. I tell you with gentleness: stop masking your struggles. There is no shame in being honest with God and with yourself.

Jesus Christ, I humbly ask You now: visit every heart that aches and reaches for You this day. Bring Your healing light into the dark corners of our lives, and transform every sadness into a true and lasting joy.

35

Is there something you don’t like?

If you often find yourself frustrated or disappointed with others, feeling that something is always lacking, it may be that you’re searching for a love that is flawless – a love that no human can offer. Such perfect love can only come from Jesus Christ, for He Himself is Love. Only in Him will your longing heart find its true fulfilment.

So, what does this mean for us? We are called to look upon the people around us, not with judgment or frustration, but with acceptance and compassion. Recognise their humanity, their imperfections, and forgive them for the failings that stem from the brokenness of this fallen world.

REMEMBER: PEOPLE ARE INHERENTLY GOOD, created by God in His own image. Yet at times, the deceitful rebel, the horned traitor – Satan himself – works to derail their intentions, manipulating them into error. This is why we are called to pray for one another, to lift each other up in grace.

36

A human being needs God more than anything else. Yet, there are moments when a person also needs the companionship of another – to share a conversation, to lighten the heart, or simply to embrace and feel the warmth of love. Let’s not forget that while our souls long for the eternal, our earthly journey is blessed when we walk it together with others. God often touches us through the kindness, presence, and comfort of those around us.

37

Is it like this for you?

The day I encountered God was the first day of the rest of my new life, renewed in the Spirit. For years, I heard others ask, “What’s happened to you? Such a change? I’ll believe it when it lasts.” Before that transformative moment, people seemed to search for the good in me, hoping to uncover some light. Yet from that day forward, it seems they search for the cracks, the flaws, the shadows of my soul. And I wonder – why?

38

Icebreaker

Forgive those who have wounded you, for a wounded person wounds others. When you forgive, you will overcome evil and free your heart from suffering; you will cease to be tormented. A person who walks in love melts even the hardest hearts.

39

Remember, know-it-all

To you who bear witness to the beautiful love of Jesus toward people, I want to say that in your moment of affliction—when you do not see conversion in your family or among acquaintances—remember how long Jesus Christ waited for you yourselves. What matters is to begin walking in the right direction—the rest is a matter of time…

40

Believe

Jesus did not die for some undefined crowd of people, for Poland, for Europe, for the world. He died for you! Do you feel it in your heart? In Jesus Christ all your sins are forgiven. Do you realize this? You are free! Think: He loves you so much! He loves with an eternal love! Jesus would have come to earth and died even if you were alone. He would have come especially for you and taken on all the torments, insults, abuse, and scourging. He would have acted the same as nearly 2,000 years ago.

41

I’ve changed

Once it was the swindlers of faith—just the very thought of it gave me a fit—paedophiles rather than priests… and everything else that distanced me and utterly discouraged me… How was I supposed to live by Christian principles when I saw clergy breaking them? That’s how I saw it (which cleverly excused me to stay in my old life, to practice a religion arranged my own way—without Sacred Scripture, without sincere confession, Communion which I did not receive… my life was rock bottom and then some), before I let God into my heart. And He was knocking the whole time—now I know that. Now I also see wonderful people and the beauty of Holy Mass. Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament is the most beautiful “high” in love. I see wonderful grandmothers (mine died too quickly; I didn’t manage to talk with them). The falls of priests are isolated cases that are publicized beyond measure. Some cling to them like a life preserver so as not to stand in the truth. Let us point to the remaining 95% of wonderful clergy and pray for them—for that is precisely where the devil strikes and will strike again. Why is it so? Now I know that the devil, by every means (and he is much more cunning and intelligent than we are), tries to lead us astray, to discourage us—and he succeeds… On the other side there is a world invisible to us that fights for us with all its might and rejoices immensely when we awaken. I have awakened—and I had been a bad boy… Thank You, Jesus, that so patiently and with all their hearts they all fought for me, though I did not see it. Now I see: the sadness and the ungraspable longing for something I could not name—within me—have disappeared. Now I know that I lacked God in my heart, who filled everything with love—until it overflowed. Only now do I see that living according to the commandments is pure joy. Once, without Jesus in my heart, it was impossible. Evil kept dousing me with filth and I kept falling into problems. One set had not yet ended before the next began. I feel like shouting every day how much I love God. Not a day passes without prayer and conversation with Him. My heart is aflame. I so much want everyone to feel His love: crazy, wild, unimaginable… Glory to You, Jesus!

42

Awareness

If we were aware – not only in mind but also in heart—that we will die, we would spend today quite differently. If we were aware of what we do to God and what He forgives us—we would act differently. We crucify Him every day, just as over 2,000 years ago: “They shouted, ‘Away! Away! Crucify him!’” (Jn 19:15), “they said, ‘Hail, King of the Jews!’ and slapped him” (Jn 19:3), “they offered him wine mixed with myrrh, but he would not take it” (Mk 15:23), “Someone ran, soaked a sponge with sour wine, put it on a reed, and gave him to drink” (Mk 15:36), “they spat on him, took the reed and struck him on the head” (Mt 27:30), “Those who passed by reviled him” (Mk 15:29), “they asked Pilate that the legs of the crucified be broken” (Jn 19:31), “Come down from the cross and save yourself!” (Mk 15:30), “He saved others; he cannot save himself” (Mk 15:31), “Let him come down now from the cross, that we may see and believe” (Mk 15:32). Do we not say today: if you were real, it would be different?; why don’t you hear me?; some God you are—I don’t care about this life, etc. DO NOT SAY THAT GOD DOES NOT UNDERSTAND YOU! “What perversity! Shall the potter be regarded as the clay? Shall the work say of its maker, ‘He did not make me,’ and the pot say of the one who formed it, ‘He has no understanding’?” (Is 29:16).

43

With Jesus, you’ll fit—you can be sure.

We are loved by people we don’t care about, and we love those for whom our love is unnecessary… Remember, however, there is Jesus who loves us always, no matter what.

44

I couldn’t care less about those who gossip about me, who don’t go to church, who live as they please, having no regard for me. They are not worthy of me. And what does the Bible say?

The Old Testament commanded love of neighbour. Jesus expands this command to love of enemies: “Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you” (Mt 5,44). In the new covenant Christ says to us: “For if you love those who love you, what reward will you have? Do not even the tax collectors do this? And if you greet only your brothers, what is special about that? Do not even the pagans do this? Be therefore perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect” (Mt 5,46-48).

45

How to trust God?

Do you believe you put your trust in God, yet your inner self is filled with anxiety? You try to trust fully so as to feel no fear, and you keep failing, worrying about tomorrow. Do you cry through the nights thinking you can’t take any more? Do you try to seek support from people, without the results you expect? Let me tell you something: there are moments in life when only God can help you. If your family or friends have helped you, then you have no problem. But if you’ve been stuck in the same place for a long time, seeing no way out, then why are you sitting at the computer or wasting the time given to you? In that time you could be kneeling before God, to your much greater benefit, right? You’ll say: easy to say. I’d like to, but I don’t have that much spiritual strength, etc. This is the first question I’d like you to answer for yourself today: Are you able to pray? God gives you twenty-four hours a day. How many do you give Him? So is an hour a day devoted to meditation, reading the Bible, or adoration too much? The next question that will help you understand your situation is: Do you want to grow in faith, overcome every fear, and follow Jesus? You’ll of course say: what kind of question is that—everyone wants that; maybe sometimes I don’t know how to do it and I fall, but I do want to. Then return, Friend, to the first question.

You are the ONE who will overcome

ALL DIFFICULTIES

WITH JESUS.

To be able to do this – believe.

GOD IS LEADING YOU TO VICTORY,

not defeat or failure.

46

Money – to have or not to have, that is the question

You look at someone else, rich, and you think—hmm, it would be nice to live like he does. Only you don’t realize that you may already be looking at a bankrupt, often living beyond his means. So the rich person is not the one who has an expensive car and a house on credit, but the one who often has a modest flat and an old car, but without debt. To whom does God entrust money—and does He entrust it? The Bible speaks about this. He entrusts it to those who are faithful in small things. And what about those who aren’t? They sit in poverty until they learn (like me): “He who is faithful in a very little is faithful also in much; and he who is dishonest in a very little is dishonest also in much. If then you have not been faithful with unrighteous mammon, who will entrust to you the true riches? If you have not been faithful with what is another’s, who will give you what is your own?” (Lk 16:10–12). AND IT’S NOT AT ALL ABOUT GREAT THINGS, THEFT, OR ANYTHING OF THE SORT. SOMEONE WILL SAY RIGHT AWAY: BUT I DON’T HAVE, AND I AM HONEST—SO HOW IS IT? Are you sure? It’s worth, at the end of the day, discerning what we did with the money we still had in the morning. I myself, thanks be to God, understood today that it’s better for me to give money to someone than to spend it badly. WE GO WILD UNWITTINGLY AND UNCONSCIOUSLY; WE ARE GEARED TOWARD CONSUMPTION! That horned wretch talked us into believing that something is indispensable for our functioning. When we lack it, we behave like a child deprived of a rattle—we grow sad, get irritated, and worry senselessly. We are often addicted to a thousand things without even realizing it, because we don’t have time to think more deeply about it. THIS IS DELUSION. Money is not evil in itself, but love of it is a tragic evil! Everyone goes through trials given by God—in the moment when he has a lot of money and when he has little—isn’t that so? That’s how it is. Having little or none—you’ve surely had such moments—you dreamed that when you got 100,000, you would give 30, for example to the homeless or to some other cause. YES? Then tomorrow give £3 out of a hundred, for example to SCIAF or ACN. Hard? I know, hard. Someone will say: I’ll give… I say: give every month till the end of your life. How easy it is to spend money on expensive shampoo, perfume, cigarettes, or beer, or something else, and how hard it is to put the equivalent on the collection plate. How many times have you managed it? Always, or rather rarely? I’M NOT WRITING THIS TO STIR UP GUILT IN YOU or to accuse, but only so that you would reflect more deeply on this with me today: “He who gives to the poor will not lack; he who shuts his eyes will have many curses” (Prov 28:27). GOD IS FAITHFUL TO HIS WORD—ALWAYS. Will you deny it? THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN ALL THIS, HOWEVER, IS THAT we not start calculating—because that’s another trap—and that we always remember these words of Jesus: “Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you” (Mt 6:33). That’s all for today. Think it over. THERE ARE NO THIEVES WHO HAVE SUCCEEDED—they will be called to account for everything down to the last penny: “I tell you, you will not get out of there until you have paid the very last penny” (Lk 12:59). Out of where? We Catholics call it PURGATORY.

God loves you

enough to cover

all your mistakes

with His love

and lead you victoriously

through this day.

47

Lest it be too sweet

THERE ARE RELIGIOUS PEOPLE IN THE WORLD who run to church to sign an “attendance sheet” that God does not need at all. They go to church more eager to show themselves to people than to meet God. They push unconsciously to the front pews in church like cows in a pasture to the watering trough, in keeping with the words: “They will have the appearance of godliness but deny its power. Avoid such people!” (2 Tim 3:5). GOD LOOKS AT YOUR HEART. No religiosity, a thousand novenas, a thousand tithes, and a thousand rosaries that do not flow from love for Jesus and faith in Him WILL GIVE YOU ANYTHING; you will remain a Pharisee and a hypocrite doing spiritual mathematics and profit calculation arising from a mistaken interpretation of God’s words. Seek LOVE first. It is important that you do not hold it back, that it flows through you to others. Outward, ostensible religiosity will not hide from God your spite, jealousy, yielding to passions, pursuit of “gain for the flesh,” judging others, greed, etc. Nor will you be able to deceive yourself! God will show you all this in increasingly forceful lessons of life. “RELIGIOUS” PEOPLE JUDGE AND CRITICIZE EVERYONE, considering themselves better; therefore they will be last—far behind those whom they destroyed with their judgments, laying burdens on them (which they themselves did not carry), and failing to restrain their tongue: “If anyone considers himself a religious person, but deceiving his heart does not bridle his tongue, his religion is without foundation” (Jas 1:26). WE JUDGE OTHERS SO THAT WE OURSELVES MAY FEEL BETTER—this is sad, unacceptable to many. If today I, YOU, WE do not apply these words also to ourselves, but only to THEM, THOSE, OTHERS, how can we experience a change of heart and draw near to Jesus? With this question I leave everyone—including myself. Think about it today.

this day

I will start

with Jesus,

I will stay

with Jesus,

I will end

with Jesus.

48

Are we like trained monkeys or like children of God?

Just as Moses once struck the rock with his staff so that water would flow for the thirsty Israelites, so later Jesus (our Rock) was struck and living water flowed from Him. The Israelites again wanted water after the hardships of the long journey through the desert. God told Moses: speak to the rock so that it may give water, but Moses—just as we do today—did it his own way. He came up to the rock and struck it twice, accustomed by experience. There was no water. This means that Jesus cannot be crucified a second time—this has already happened, and for everything we should turn in prayer, acting not as it seems to us but as God says: “And whatever you ask in my name, this I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask me anything in my name, I will do it” (Jn 14:13).

49

Do you know what you are asking?

GOD, WHY IS MY LOT SO HARD? Perhaps you asked Jesus for something that others did not, and so you will have to walk a narrower road to heaven. Should you be afraid? No! The most important thing on this road is that you remember the words: “To whom much is given, much will be required; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, even more will be demanded” (Lk 12:48). Does it sometimes seem to you that God gives you far more lessons in life than He gives others? Do you understand now? Will you thank God, or will you keep asking: why is it so? I ask you today, Friend: are you sure you want what you asked God for? Do you sense within that you still do something that may not please God? That is the same as stopping on this road. How long do you intend to stand there? You know very well what you must do, don’t you? God gives you strength today to overcome every obstacle. Let this sink in—to your heart!

50

The Will of Jesus

Your life was written with God before you were born on earth. God knows your every weakness, every sin, and every act you will commit. He is the Creator and keeps telling you through the Bible and beyond: I LOVE YOU UNCONDITIONALLY AND I WILL NEVER ABANDON YOU! God wants you to become one with Him—like Jesus. Do you know that Jesus Christ prayed for you, expressing His greatest desire for you? Right after pleading to God the Father for His apostles, Jesus Christ says: “I do not pray only for them, but also FOR THOSE WHO THROUGH THEIR WORD WILL BELIEVE IN ME; that all may be one, as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that they also may be one in us, so that the world may believe that you sent me. AND THE GLORY WHICH YOU HAVE GIVEN ME I HAVE GIVEN TO THEM, that they may be one, as we are [we constitute] one. I in them, and you in me! May they be so united in one, that the world may know that you sent me and that YOU HAVE LOVED THEM JUST AS YOU HAVE LOVED ME” (Jn 17:20–23). THEREFORE, KNOW YOUR WORTH IN CHRIST. TO HIM YOU ARE PRICELESS.

Please, Jesus, bless

the one who reads this now.

Give him peace in his heart.

May he be a blessing to others

everywhere he goes today,

and may they be givers

of Your love to him.

Amen.

Put on the armour

DO YOU WANT TO BE A SOLDIER OF CHRIST? Jesus Christ confronted Satan during the temptation with the living Word of God. This Word of God is the true sword given also to you. Despite all His might, He used precisely this weapon, which He also gives you today in the form of the Bible: “For we do not wrestle against blood and flesh, but against the Principalities, against the Powers, against the rulers of this world of darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Therefore put on the WHOLE ARMOR OF GOD, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having overcome all, to stand firm. Stand therefore [for battle], having girded your loins with truth and having put on the BREASTPLATE, which is righteousness, and having shod your feet in the readiness [to proclaim] the good news of peace. In every situation take faith as a SHIELD, with which you will be able to quench all the flaming arrows of the Evil One. Take also the HELMET of salvation and the SWORD OF THE SPIRIT, THAT IS, THE WORD OF GOD” (Eph 6:12–17). How important to you are the words of God contained in the Bible? Every quotation, sentence, parable—every content from the Bible that sinks into your heart—becomes your very being, a part of you, a value, growth, the strength of your soul—YOUR SWORD! DO YOU WANT TO FIGHT EVIL WITHOUT ARMOR? When Satan comes to you or to someone in your family, harassing and accusing in order to lead to suicide, depression, alcoholism, etc., will you have a sword in your hand (in your heart)? Besides the sword, it is most important for you to come before the face of God and ask Jesus to show you what is in your heart that ought not to be there. And when He reveals it to you, confess your sins in the confessional. Then, in the confrontation with evil, you will be able to say: The Lord Jesus carried my sin to the cross! He has washed me in His blood!

Dear Jesus,

I can’t do what

I want to do

on my own.

I need You

in my life.

Today. Tomorrow.

Always.

52

How to adopt the right attitude when asking God for something?

THE DISPOSITION OF YOUR HEART BEFORE GOD: God can turn things in such a wondrous way that everything works to inflame in you love and faith, without in any way violating your free will. He never brings upon you illness of soul or body. When you convert and, trusting Jesus, draw near to Him (or rather He to you), He begins to use all your WEAKNESSES, and even your earlier falls, so that they become your greatest STRENGTH for the road ahead, for freedom. This absolutely does not mean that you are to sin in order later to be strong. Do not understand it that way. It means that you are never in a losing position in God’s eyes, because His plan for you surpasses all the wisdom of the world. When you fall into the bondage of satanic accusations, deeming yourself hopeless, and you do not go after God, feeling that you have ruined everything through further falls, HE ALREADY HAS ANOTHER PLAN for you to return to the right path. It will be so until the end of YOUR life, because GOD LOVES YOU VERY MUCH. He has an infinite number of such plans. SO, STOP TORMENTING YOURSELF. The power of Jesus is manifested in miracles, and also in your patience and perseverance when you say to Jesus in your heart: YES, even in the face of a life situation in which the breakthrough you envisioned in your imagination has not occurred. KEEP PEACE OF SOUL when something (in your opinion) is not going the way you would already today like it to go. You are placing yourself in God’s hands, therefore SURRENDER TO HIS PLAN. Believe, He is leading you to victory, not to defeat. I do not speak only (and that is already much) of eternal life, but also of a great victory here on earth and of the immense joy He will give you. God’s delayed answer to your requests (in that time He is preparing you to receive what you ask for) PAYS DIVIDENDS WITH UNBELIEVABLE POWER! Whenever God says to you: NO, not now—it means that a better YES is coming with it. But you must wait a little longer. It would be pride to assert: I am already ready, because only God knows that, NOT YOU, MY FRIEND. You will receive what you ask for much more quickly by saying (from the heart—not because I am telling you this today): GOD, PREPARE ME, THAT I MAY FULLY MAKE USE OF THE GRACE, THE FULFILLED PETITION, THE GIFT you want to give me.“ And whatever you ask in my name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask me anything in my name, I will do it” (Jn 14:13–14). AND ONE MORE THING, FRIEND, FOR YOU: “Do not throw away therefore your confidence, which has great reward. For you have need of endurance, so that, doing the will of God, you may obtain the promise” (Heb 10:35–36).

53

A few words on how to become a healed person and a healing instrument through the power of Jesus

HEALING—YOU DON’T SO MUCH NEED FAITH IN YOUR FAITH as faith in God, in the fact that you can lay hands on the sick and, by the power of Jesus, restore them to health, according to the words: “These signs will accompany those who believe (…). They will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover” (Mk 16:17- -18). Do you want to help someone today? Are you afraid it won’t work? Do you know that by speaking the words of Jesus, you can do this? “He sent forth his word to heal them and delivered them from the pit intended for them” (Ps 107:20). Do you still feel unsure and fear failure (because it will look as though you do not believe)? Remember: “He forgives all your iniquity, he heals all your diseases” (Ps 103:3). When healing, Jesus almost always said: “YOUR FAITH HAS MADE YOU WELL”—not the faith of the apostles or someone else, but YOURS (THE ONE OVER WHOM YOU ARE PRAYING). Today, simply open someone’s heart through the Holy Spirit, and, laying on hands, pray over them—try it… God spoke thus about his words: “Let them not depart from your sight; keep them within your heart. For they are life to those who find them, and healing to all their flesh” (Prov 4:21); “By his wounds we are healed” (Is 53:5). SINCE SICKNESS AND DEATH ENTERED THE WORLD THROUGH SIN, AND JESUS REMITS AND CLEANSES US OF SINS BY THE BLOOD OF THE CROSS, WE CAN BY FAITH RECEIVE THIS TRUTH—HEALING! “Surely he has borne our sufferings; he has carried our pains” (Is 53:4). Might the believer over whom you are praying think that he is cleansed of sins but not of illness? Tell him about this. If he opens his heart and receives it by faith, he will be healthy! He may say to you that this is God’s will… Let him understand that God is not divided as hell is divided and at odds—and he does not give diseases in order then to heal them, but they are the consequence of sin that entered the world through evil. GOD IS GOOD. For the one being healed at least three things are important. That he accept healing here and now, regardless of whether he already feels a change in his condition or not—that is, that he acknowledge in his heart that he has received it (let him repeat this to himself until he believes, and let not evil, through the mind, deceive him that it is otherwise—he is to receive healing with his whole self). Second—whether he believes that Jesus wants to do this (the leper asked Jesus whether he was willing to heal him; he had doubts that the one being prayed for had better not have, for they can shake him; lead him out of these doubts with the Word of God). JESUS WANTS TO HEAL US! The third thing is that the one being healed should not think this way: “Lord, I believe that I will be healthy,” but should think: “I am already healthy!” The thinking should refer to this very moment, not a later one, for example: “tomorrow I will be healthy,” etc. If the person being healed did not receive healing, it is worth reminding him that Jesus, too, when healing the blind man, did it the second time, putting mud on his eyes and telling him to wash. Try, and let the Holy Spirit lead you.

He who first

asks for forgiveness is

the bravest.

He who first

forgives

is the strongest.

He who first

forgets first is

the happiest.

54

The parent who believes in God…

TO BELIEVING PARENTS: There is no believing mother and no believing father who—if given the chance to convert their child—would not do so, without paying attention to the laughing, mocking, and spitting crowd of the unconverted. If you agree with me right now, then stop doubting that God, who loves your son or daughter more than you do, will do this! He has already done it; only you do not yet know His plan! SO PLEASE, BELIEVE THIS TODAY AND CAST OFF DOUBT, which may be at odds with that plan! Amen.

55

God is good

I often hear the saying: apparently God wanted it that way… It is alarming that Christians say this when referring to tragedy and evil, forgetting that God the Father is a good God and a perfect Father. Blaming God for everything that happens is a misunderstanding of His omnipotence or a lack of relationship with Him. God gave us the freedom to make decisions—He created us in His image and likeness. This is manifested in freedom, though often not in our choices. Many people simply cannot understand the consequences of temporal sins and of original sin. Yet God, through our faith, turns these effects into blessings—this is His OMNIPOTENCE. Today I want to tell you that the evil that happened to you was not His will, but the consequence of something. I want to tell you that when you understand this, you will, through faith, be able to experience the miracle of the restoration of your life, which Jesus will accomplish!

56

Do not think wrongly

The Lord God will give you His precious gifts when, upon receiving them, you do not think that you have earned them, but acknowledge in your heart that they are His grace resulting from His love for you.

57

We are eternal

Thanks be to God, we are unending, and I think that nothing that has its end will ever fully satisfy us. True, full contentment and happiness come from faith in eternal life. Faith in Jesus, in this sense, is nothing other than the certainty of the imperishability of our soul and that we will never be left alone. It is worth realizing that many forms of earthly entertainment we encounter each day are only a DEVILISH COUNTERFEIT OF JOY, which we should rather avoid, so as not to be deceived or stray from the path on which we are journeying toward eternity.

PRAYER

Heavenly Father,

thank You that You are my Father!

Thank You for the Holy Spirit!

Thank You for Love!

I WAS BORN OF GOD.

I AM HIS OWN CHILD,

AND HE IS MY BELOVED FATHER.

I am a BELIEVER, not a doubter,

and you, Satan, are a LIAR!

GOD’S WORD is the TRUTH,

and according to the WORD

I am the VICTOR! Amen.
