Thursday of Week 15 – Is 26:7-9,12,16-19; Psalm 101:13-21; Matthew 11:28-30

The one who comes invites you to come to Him. The one who frees from bonds puts on the burden, and the one who takes away the burdens puts on the yoke. Because only those who are burdened need strength, those who are weary need refreshment, and those who love one another need a presence that brings comfort.

Those who come discover straight paths. Those who accept the burden give birth to the saving spirit. Those who allow themselves to be yoked come to life. They wake up refreshed. Those who love one another shout for joy.

Don’t log in. Come in. Not yet another acquaintance. Friendship. Not liking. Loving. And the words you know by heart will come to life.
